Shakespeare Perfume’s aim is to provide customers with Australia’s best customer service. Shakespeare Perfume is an authorised perfume retailer meaning all stock is 100% genuine and supplied either direct from the brand or their official licensed distributor.
Orders can be shipped to virtually any address in the world. International shipping costs apply.
Shakespeare Perfume is committed to dispatching online orders as fast and efficiently as possible. Online orders are packed during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Parcels are picked up by the relevant delivery company around midday. Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement time. Once an order has been dispatched, all relevant tracking information will be emailed to customer. Please allow at least 24 hours from dispatch time for tracking information to become available. If there is any delay in dispatching an order, the friendly team will notify customer and discuss options accordingly.

Pick-up is generally available from the Merrylands store in Sydney Australia only. If you wish to collect in-store, please leave a note at checkout and staff will contact you to discuss availability. PLEASE NOTE: Even if a pick-up note is left, items may still be sent to the provided address. |

Shipping rates are weight basted, and rates are calculated based on entirety of parcel, not individual items. Shipping costs may increase due to this aforementioned reason.
Shipping may take longer due to current circumstances. Closed borders and increased security due to COVID-19 may delay delivery times. If delivery dates differ and or there is any delay due to delivery courier after item has been dispatched, Shakespeare Perfume is not responsible.
All parcels require signature upon delivery, if no one is home, parcel will be taken to local post office for collection. This is determined based on the delivery address provided.
Gift wrapping, cards and memos are not currently available or provided by Shakespeare Perfume.
