You can return your products within 7 days after receiving your product. The product must be unused, unopened (unbroken seal) and undamaged (product and packaging). We will send you a refund within 30 days. Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

If a mistake was made by Shakespeare Perfumes (for instance in case of damaged goods), then we will cover shipping costs of the returned product.
