Shakespeare Perfume aims to provide customers with the highest level of customer service.

Shakespeare Perfume is an authorised perfume retailer. All products are 100 percent genuine and are supplied either directly from the brand or from their officially licensed distributors.

Shipping Locations and Fees

Orders can be shipped to virtually any address worldwide.

A flat AUD 15.95 worldwide delivery fee applies to all orders.
All items are shipped from our Dubai warehouse.

Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated on the total weight of the parcel, not individual items. As a result, shipping costs may increase depending on the overall parcel weight.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Shakespeare Perfume is committed to dispatching online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Online orders are packed during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Parcels are collected by the relevant delivery company around midday.

Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Once an order has been dispatched, all relevant tracking information will be emailed to the customer. Please allow at least 24 hours from dispatch time for tracking details to become available.

If there is any delay in dispatching an order, our friendly team will contact the customer and discuss available options.

Delivery and Signature

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel will be taken to the local post office or courier depot for collection. This is determined by the delivery address provided and the courier service used.
